Founded in late 2019 & est. in 2021, A Dope Femme is 501(c3) a non-profit group, 

that focuses on empowering and elevating Women of Color & Their Communities,

 via fellowship & custom programs in the NY Metro area.

In a world full of "wanna-be's" staying true to yourself 

 and recognizing your worth is challenging. 

 Diversity in senior and leadership positions is rare and can be a lonely journey.

In result, A Dope Femme created its own network of powerful women & allies

looking to support one another as we reach the top and uplift our communities,

all while changing the game. ​

 

We provide various tools & resources curated for our members,

 to ensure they continue to grow their magic, 

get exclusive access to opportunities and receive their flowers too.
